[ After all the stuff that happened earlier Ichir was a bit restless staying in his room with the swimming memories still bothering him greatly. Sleep didn't seem to come as easily as he wanted it to. He was hoping to sleep it off and be on with his life.
He remembered something really important, so he should feel content, but at the same time it bothered him. Subconsciously, he's standing outside of Zero's door, and normally you would knock before entering someone's room but not Ichiru. He sort of quietly stalks into the room with his own agenda. ]
[ He's sleeping when Ichiru approaches his bedroom. For once, Cerberus is away the Hellhound taking a stroll through the Underworld while Ichiru walks in on the sleeping god. Zero doesn't hear him, but he feels him not as invader but an addition. Still, he jolts awake, throwing the covers aside as light eyes look up at -- ]
[ Ichiru never really had hostile intentions to begin with, so there was no way he'd actually do anything to hurt Zero, physically anyway. He can't promise everything else, however.
He seemed to be in a daze as Zero's tone wakes him up from it. He did subconsciously come here didn't he? When he felt bad. Needless to say, despite how Zero looked, he just trudged overly silently, before plopping himself where the sheets were thrown. ]
[ Zero turns to look at him, not quite sure what he means with all of this but after everything that happened he thought giving Ichiru space was what he needed but seeing him here now... ]
....
[ Silently, he sits on the edge of the bed next to him, his feet firmly on the ground. He gives him a moment, waiting to see what he would do, say but after that dazed look he came in with, he doubts Ichiru knows what he's even doing here. So, rather than break the silence, Zero he extends a hand out to pull him close, letting his lean into him, a silent pillar of support. ]
[ Space seemed like a good word-- and that's what he's been stressing for the time they were here without his memories, but with them. The whole situation had spiraled out of control. He didn't really know what to think and even now, he felt like he didn't even know himself anymore.
Keeping his distance seemed to cause him more trouble than it was worth, especially when he was struggling to keep his mind from running all the memories one by one. He couldn't sleep this way and he was reckless. When he felt like this, he always found some sort of comfort sneaking into Zero's bed. That habit in of itself hadn't changed much, given where he ended up now.
Ichiru was caught a bit off guard when his brother pulled him close. This feeling-- was very nostalgic. It didn't take long for him to reciprocate and leaned into the support. He felt like a child again and as always-- he always sought comfort in the one person that would never leave or betray him. ]
[ Ichiru knows that Zero is right but it doesn't matter to him. He will make it happen somehow. It's not like it ever stopped him in the past It's definitely not going to be stopping him now. It's a habit he hasn't broken for all these years and right now, he needs it-- that moment where he is able to show weakness, even if it was minor. ]
...Doesn't matter...
[ He mumbled-- not that there is any force with his words. Zero know saying that won't make Ichiru stop. ]
[ He doesn't say anything either but stays where he is, curled into Zero, just like a child. It's always so strange, when you recall something, you recall a piece of yourself that you never thought existed. Honestly, he had never thought he'd behave like this in front of someone Like Zero. Especially when this person was not too long ago a stranger. With his memories, he's a completely different person, but there were so many holes-- so many missing pieces that it hurt his head to think about it.
He couldn't sleep, and it troubled him but right now, he felt quite relaxed, hanging onto his brother, hiding his face. It relaxing, calm-- like this was where he belonged. He supposed it made sense. They were born from the same egg after all. Two individuals, who looked exactly like each other and who shared a lifetime of happiness, sorrow, anguish.
He stopped. He didn't want to think about it anymore. ]

[ Is all he says as keeps holding his brother near, letting the night swallow his thoughts. Ichiru was right, it didn't matter, not right now. ]
